Vietnam, Laos hold fourth political consultation in Vientiane

Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Quoc Dung and his Lao counterpart Khamphau Onthavanh co-chaired the fourth political consultation between the two Ministries of Foreign Affairs in Vientiane on July 16.
